01 Contractual Acceptance
By accessing itlinora.digital or utilizing any of our career consultancy or educational platforms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Itlinora Digital (ABN registered in Australia). You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, students, and corporate clients. If you disagree with any segment of these conditions, you must cease use of the platform and its related services immediately.
Regulatory Note
"Itlinora Digital operates as an educational and career advisory body. We are not a Financial Services Licensee (AFSL) holder. Our TradingView expertise is provided for technical analysis training and workflow optimization only."
02 Scope of Services
Itlinora Digital provides premium consultancy focusing on the fintech sector. Our core deliverables include:
- Career Hub Services: Job placement assistance, resume sculpting for Australian fintech, and interview preparation.
- Verification Protocol: Validation of skill sets for prospective employers within our network.
We do not provide direct investment advice, asset management, or brokerage services. All educational content is designed to enhance technical competency, not to direct specific market entries or exits.
Itlinora Operational Context
Our Sydney-based HQ at Level 11, 500 Pitt Street serves as our primary advisory hub.
03 Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, video modules, written guides, and proprietary Pine Script templates provided during our TradingView training sessions are the exclusive property of Itlinora Digital.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display these materials without express written consent from our legal department.
04 Financial Risk Disclaimers
Trading financial markets involves high risk.
The use of TradingView or any other technical analysis tool does not guarantee profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Itlinora Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility for financial losses incurred by students or clients who apply technical concepts learned through our consultancy in live market environments.
05 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Itlinora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Itlinora Digital for the specific service involved in the claim during the six months preceding the event.
